Good morning to all HAPPY FRIDAY most importantly happy holiday weekend....Day 4 went perfect for me I am just so focused right now and reading the scriptures only make me stronger..I feel like I have already won this battle.....
Day 4 I stuck to my plan and ate everything I said I was going to eat and excercised as planned. I must say though if you havent taken a bootcamp class with Lyle then u need to!!! Man those bleachers yesterday is what the doctor ordered for slimming down.
Oh and YES!!!! I started fasting at 6pm (Thursday) I had to calculate my 18 hours so that the fast would be beneficial to me. Before I was like I will eat my last meal at 8pm so that I can eat something by 2pm on Friday.....NOT!!! after I thought about it I realized that 2pm was way too late so I did some calculations and realized that I needed to eat at 6pm so that I could eat my first meal at noon on Friday...Didnt think I could do it but by praying and having the will power I can honestly say that I have been fasting so 14 and a half hours later I am well on my way.....THROUGH DAY 5
Day 5 is a Friday and Fridays for me can get tricky because I am so not on a set schedule however I am still fasting for the next 4 hours I am a little dizzy and light headed and even feel a little nauseated but I think I will be good. I did drink a half glass of apple juice before leaving home in hopes that would take away the dizzyness.
Meal plan for today is short (since I am fasting)
Breakfast: 1/2 glass of 100% apple juice
Lunch: baked catfish fillets, apple, sugarfree jello pudding, steamed veggies, salad
Dinner: Tuna, apple, sugarfree jello pudding
Excercise: I will only make it to the track today to run my mile and walk my mile
I will not do my mid day power walk....after all it is FRIDAY!!! Well thats all folks let me leave you until next time
