Day 1 of 40

Ok so day1 has officially begun, and so far so good. I woke up this morning with positive thoughts and in my right mind....Last night I prepared my Lunch and a snake. For breakfast this morning I had one pack of original oatmeal and 2 packs of splenda sugar to add a little something to the oatmeal. ( I know it sounds nasty but trust me it is not that bad at all) I have told myself that I am going to take it one day at a time. So cheers to day one and I pray that GOD take all tempting thoughts of unhealthy food out of my mind right now...

Meal Plan for Day 1
Breakfast: one pack of oatmeal with 2 splenda sugars, and half an apple
Lunch: 2 Piececes of baked catfish steaks (both pieces total about the palm of my hand)cucumber and tomato salad, crysta light pour in.
Dinner: 2 Pieces of baked catfish steaks, steamed vegetables, sugar free Jello Pudding
Snack: apple and sugar free jello pudding
"No weapon formed against me shall prosper"

Excercise Day 1

mid-day.......1 hour power walk

evening.......1 hour cardio of some sort running,bleachers etc....

Night.........30min of in studio workout

  1. I like how you have your day planned. good for you. You may want to try raw sugar versus splenda...research show that raw sugar is the best kind of sweetner for you (just a suggestion). good luck!
